According to the 12:30 hrs M.S.T observation today, the water level of Chindwin River at Minkin is observed as about 3 feet 4 inches below its danger level. It may reach its danger level during the next 1 day.

According to the 12:30 hrs M.S.T observation today, the water level of Chindwin River at Monwya is observed as about 4 feet 10 inches below its danger level. It may reach its danger level during the next 2 days.

According to the 12:30 hrs M.S.T observation today, the water level of Myittha  River at Kalay is observed as 4 feet 5 inches below its danger level. It may reach its danger level during the next 1 day.

It is especially alert to the people who settle near the river banks and low lying areas in Minkin, Monywa and Kalay Townships, to take precaution measure and to stay away from the flood-prone areas in time if the water level will rise.
