 Severe Tropical Storm “FENGSHEN” Condition

According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, yesterday’s night the Tropical Storm “FENGSHEN” over South China Sea has moved West-Southwestwards and intensified into a Severe Tropical Storm “FENGSHEN” It is centered at about 170 Nautical miles Northeast of Da Nang (Vietnam).
