SPECIAL FEATURES: According to the observations at 12:30 hrs MST today, the Tropical Depression has crossed Northern Philippines moved Northwestwards and continue to crossing. It is likely to moved Northwestwards and intensify into a Tropical Storm next during 24 hours.
