PART ONE          :  According to the observations at 17:30 hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over the Northwest  Bay of Bengal (off Odisha Coast, India) still persists. It is likely to move West–Northwestwards and further intensify. Monsoon is strong to vigorous over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and moderate to strong elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

PART TWO         :

Special Features: According to the observations at 17:30 hrs MST today, the Tropical Depression over the upper parts of Laos and adjoining  upper parts of Northern Thailand and has continue to crossed border regions of Laos and Thailand. It is likely continue to move westwards and downgrade into a low pressure cell over border regions of Thailand during next 6 hrs and downgrade into a wind wave over the border region of Thailand and Myanmar during next 12 hrs.
