PART ONE According to the observations at 09:30 hrs M.S.T today, the Depression over the Northwest Bay and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal (North Andhra Pradesh-South Odisha) coasts, India has moved north-northwestwards and crossed South Odisha coast near Gopalpur as a Land Depression. It is likely to move northwestwards and continue to cross South Odisha and South Chhattisgarh and weaken gradually.
PART TWO : Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and moderate to strong over the Bay of Bengal.

WEATHER : Widespread rain or thundershowers.
VISIBILITY : 4 nautical miles but 1 nautical mile in rain.
