PART TWO : Monsoon is strong to vigorous over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
Special Features : According to the observations at 13:30 hrs MST today, the Tropical Storm “WIPHA” crossing the inland areas of Vietnam is likely to move Westwards and continue to cross the inland areas of Vietnam and weaken into a Land Depression over Laos during next 18 hours. Due to the remnants of Tropical Storm“WIPHA”, heavy rain with strong wind will be in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Lower Sagaing, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayah, Kayin, Chin, Mon, Rakhine, Shan States from today afternoon to 25-7-2025.
