PART ONE            : According to the observations at 12:30 hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Southwest Bangladesh and adjoining Gangetic West Bengal(India) has moved West-Northwestwards and become into a well marked low pressure over Gangetic West Bengal(India).It is likely to move slowly Northwestwards  and weeken gradually.

PART TWO                       : Monsoon is strong to vigorous over the North Andaman Sea, Eastcentral Bay and North Bay of Bengal and strong over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 10.5°N – 16.5°N AND LONG. 92°E

WEATHER                      : Widespread rain or thundershowers.

VISIBILITY                       : 4 nautical miles but 1 nautical mile in rain.
