PART ONE                 : According to the observations at (16:30) hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Eastcentral Bay of Bangel and adjoin North Andaman Sea has moved west-northwest and intensified into a Well Marked Low Pressure Area over Eastcentral Bay of Bengal. It is likely to continue to move West-Northwestwards and may intensify into a Depression around 22-10-2024 and into a Cyclonic storm over Eastcentral Bay around 23-10-2024 and may reach to Northwest Bay of Bengal (off Odisha-West Bengal Coasts, India). Thereafter, it is likely to move northwestwards and intensify into a severe Cyclonic Strom and may cross north Odisha and West Bengal coasts between Puri and Sagar Island in early morning 25-10-2024.
