PART ONE : According to the observations at (12:30)hrs MST today, the Low Pressure Cell over Central Bay of Bengal has further intensified into a Low Pressure Area over Westcentral Bay of Bengal and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal (off north Andhra Pradesh- south Odisha coast, India).
PART TWO : Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
