PART ONE : According to the observations at (11:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over Westcentral and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal still persists. It is likely to move northwestwards and may further intensity into a depression next 18-hours. Thereafter it is continue to move northwestwards and cross Odisha coast, India around 21-7-2024.
PART TWO : Monsoon is strong to vigorous over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 10.5°N – 16.5°N AND LONG. 92°E
WEATHER : Widespread rain or thundershowers with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls.
VISIBILITY : 3 nautical miles but less than 1/2 nautical miles in rain.
SURFACE WIND : West or Southwest 15-20 kts at times 35-40 kts.
SEAS : Rough to very rough.
