PART ONE               : According to the observations at (09:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Cyclonic Storm “REMAL” over the North Bay and adjoining Eastcentral Bay of Bengal has moved nearly Northwards and now lies over the North Bay of Bengal. It is intensified into a Severe Cyclonic Storm “REMAL”and it is centered at about within half degree of 19.5°N and 89.3°E.

PART TWO        :  Monsoon is strong over the  Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay of Bengal. Weather is cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 10.5°N – 16.5°N AND LONG. 92°E

WEATHER                                : Widespread rain or thundershowers.

VISIBILITY                                : 3 nautical miles but 1 nautical mile in rain.
