PART II:  Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and generally fair elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SPECIAL FEATURE:  According to the observations at (11:30) MST today, the tropical depression over the Gulf of Thailand, it's centered at (80)miles east of Ranong (Thailand) and is moving westward.It is forecast to cross the Thailand Coast near Chumphon and reach to the Andaman Sea within next (12)hrs.
