SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, light rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Kachin and Chin States, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Nothern Shan and Rakhine States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were about March average temperatures in the whole country. The significant day temperatures were (40°C)each in Tharrawady and Bawlakhae.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy in the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay and generally fair elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 7th March, 2015: Light rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin State, weather will be partly cloudy in Chin, Kayin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (60%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated light rain or thundershowers in the extreme Southern Myanmar areas.
