SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Sagaing Region, Kachin and Chin States, rain or thundershowers have been fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Ayeyarwady Region, Rakhine, Kayah and Kayin States and scattered in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavy falls in Naypyitaw. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were Naypyitaw(Zabuthiri) (3.82)inches, Naypyitaw (Otarathiri) (3.03)inches, Kungyangon (2.28)inches, Kyauktaw (1.89)inches, Thandwe (1.30)inches, Myittha(Agro) (1.20)inches, Kawkayeit (1.10)inches, Manaung and Ngathaichaung (1.06)inches each.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the North Bay and West Central Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere Bay of Bengal.
