Condition of Southwest monsoon withdrawal

During the past (24)hours, Southwest monsoon has been withdrawn from the Northern Myanmar areas,
23-4-2024 Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
