BAY INFERENCE:  Weather is generally fair over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 4^th JANUARY, 2018: Rain will be isolated in Taninthayi Region, Kayin and Mon States, Scattered in Sagaing Region, Kachin and Chin States, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Rakhine and Kayah States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainly is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA:  Seas will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3 - 5)feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of rain in Shan and Kayah States.
