BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (05:30) hrs M.S.T today, the depression over Westcentral Bay of Bengal has moved Northwards. It is centered at about  (470) Nautical miles West of Hainggyigyi, (490) Nautical miles West of Pathein, (Myanmar), (190) Nautical miles Southeast of Vishakhapatnam, (240) Nautical miles South of Paradip, (325) Nautical miles South-Southeast of Digha (India). Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 15th November 2023: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Southern Shan, Chin States scattered in Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Ayeyarwady Regions and Rakhine State and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times in off and along Rakhine Coast. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (30-35) mph. Sea will be slight to moderate elsewhere in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (7-9) feet in off and along Rakhine Coast and (5-8) feet in Deltaic,Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coast.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of fairly widespread to scattered rain or thundershowers in Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Shan, Chin, Rakhine States.
