BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (15:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over over the South Andaman Sea and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal still persists. Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere Bay of Bengal.

SPECIAL FEATURES: According to the observations at (15:30)hrs MST today, Tropical Storm “Tembin” over South Vietnam has moved Westwards and   downgraded into Tropical Depression. It is moving to Westwards and forecast to downgrade into a low pressure area.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 27th DECEMBER, 2017: Rain will be isolated in Taninthayi Region, Shan, Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainly is (80%).Weather will be partly cloudy in Sagaing, Mandalay, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin and Kayah States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA:  Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 - 7) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers in Bago, Yangon and Taninthayi Regions, Shan, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States.

FORECAST FOR NAYPYITAW AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 27th DECEMBER, 2017: Generally fair weather.
