19-9-2026:According to the observations at 18:30 hrs MST today, a Low Pressure Area over the North Andaman Sea still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and may reach over the North Andaman Sea and adjoining Eastcentral Bay of Bengal, during next 24 hours and intensify gradually into a Depressionover the Eastcentral Bay of Bengal, during next 48 hours and than into a Deep Depression over the Westcentral Bay of Bengal, during next 72 hours. Continuing to move West-Northwestwards and it is likely to reach Westcentral Bay of Bengal and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal near South Odisha-North Andhra Pradesh, India during next 96 hours. Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and weak to moderate elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal. Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
