SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Southern Shan, Mon States and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) below November average temperature in Chin State, (2°C) above November average temperatures in Naypyitaw and Kayah State and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (4°C) in Hakha, (10°C) in Tiddim, (11°C) each in Loilin and Mongyang. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (0.70) inch in Kawthaung, (0.28) inch in Yangon (Botahtaung), (0.16) inch in Pathein and (0.08) inch in Thaton.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is ‌party cloudy over the North Andaman Sea, North and Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 05th November 2023: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Tanintharyi Regions and Southern Shan, Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-5) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Upper Myanmar areas.
