FORECAST VALID UNTIL  NOON OF THE 17th October 2023: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Taninthayi Region and Eastern Shan, Kayin, Mon States, fairly widespread in Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayah State, scattered in Bago Region and Southern Shan, Rakhine States. isolated in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions. Degree of certainty is (100%). Weather has been partly cloudy the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
