BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 24th August, 2023: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Magway Region and Kayah State, Fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and Southren Shan State and Widespread in  the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of  isolated heavyfalls in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and Kachin, Rakhine, Mon States. STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar Waters. Wave height will be about (6 - 8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of increase of rain in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State.
