BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 24th August, 2023: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Magway Region and Kayah State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of regionally heavyfalls in Naypyitaw, Mon State and isolated heavyfalls in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Rakhine, Kayin States.
