BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 21st August, 2023: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Kayah State, fairly widespread in Magway Region and Chin, Rakhine states, widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in  Sagaing,  Mandalay Regions and Kachin State.
