BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 20th August, 2023: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Kayah State, scattered in Bago Region and Northern Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin States, fairly widespread  in the remaining Regions and States. STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar Waters. Wave height will be about (6-8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
