BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal. 

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 09th July, 2023: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, (Southern and Eastern)Shan, Chin, Rakhine States, scattered in Naypyitaw, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Northern Shan, Kayin, Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (6 - 8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of increase of rain in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin State.
