SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Magway Regions and Northern Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (6°C) above April average temperature in Kachin State, (3°C) to (4°C) above April average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Eastern Shan, Kayah States and (2°C) above April average temperatures in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Bago Regions and (Northern and Southern)Shan, Chin, Rakhine and Mon States and about April average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (43°C) in Bawlakhae and (42°C) each in Myingyan, Yamethin, Hlaingtat, Chauk, Aunglan, Gangaw, Sinbyugyun, Pyay and Hpasaung.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North and Westcentral Bay and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 11th April, 2023: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Taninthayi Region and Kachin, Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Magway Regions and Chin, Rakhine, Kayah States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 - 6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight increase of day Temperatures in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayah, Kayin States.
