SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, light rain or thundershowers havebeen isolated in Taninthayi Region. Weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Magway Regions and ChinState and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.Day temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) above April average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State, (2°C) above April average temperatures in BagoRegion and (Southern and Eastern)Shan and Rakhine States and about April average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (43°C) in Pyay and (42°C) each in Chauk, Aunglan, Taungdwingyi and Bawlakhae.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 09th April, 2023: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in TaninthayiRegion and (Southern and Eastern)Shan, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
