SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T:  During the past (24) hours, light rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Taninthayi Region. Weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Magway, Yangon Regions and Chin,Kayah States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperature were (2°C) below February averagetemperatures in Magway, Taninthayi Regions and (2°C) above February average temperatures in Upper Sagaing, AyeyarwadyRegions and Kayah State, (4°C) above February average temperature in Naypyitaw and about February average temperaturesin the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (2°C) in Hakha, (3°C) in Mongyang, (4°C) inNamsam, (5°C) in Heho and (6°C) each in Pinlaung and Loilin.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud to partly cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and generally fair over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 19th February, 2023:Light rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in TaninthayiRegion and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (60%).Weather will be partly cloudyin Upper Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and Shan, Chin, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3 - 7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated light rain or thundershowers in Taninthayi Region and Kachin State.
