SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Taninthayi Region and Kachin State. Weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and Southern Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) below November average temperatures in (Northern and Eastern)Shan, Chin States and (2°C) below November average temperatures in Mandalay, Yangon Regions and Kayah, Kayin States and about November average temperatures in the remainingRegions and States. The significant night temperature were (6°C) in Hakha, (8°C) each in Namsam and Tiddim and (9°C) each inKyaukmae, Mongyang and Pyinoolwin. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (0.23) inch in Kawthaung and (0.12) inch in Manchanbaw.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 8th November, 2022:Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Upper Sagaing, TaninthayiRegions and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Southern Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar Waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
