SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Southern Shan State, scattered in Chin State and isolated in Mandalay, Bago, Taninthayi Regions and Rakhie State with isolated heavy falls in Rakhine State. Weather has been generally fair in Lower Sagaing, Magway Regions and Kayin, Mon States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) below November average temperatures in Yangon Region and Eastern Shan, Chin States and (2°C) below November average temperatures in Taninthayi Region and Kachin, (Northern and Southern)Shan, Kayah, Kayin States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperature were (6°C) in Hakha, (9°C) each in Namsam, Heho and Tiddim. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (3.39) inches in Thandwe, (1.97) inches in Taunggyi, (0.55) inch in Pyinoolwin, (0.43) inch in Pinlaung and (0.35) inch in Kawthaung.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 7th November, 2022: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Taninthayi Region and Chin State and isolated in Upper Sagaing Region and Southern Shan, Rakhine States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar Waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuations of likelihood of isolated rain or thundershower in Taninthayi Region.
