SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been scattered in Yangon Region and isolated in Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Southern Shan, Kayin, Mon States and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (6°C) below November average temperatures in Northern Shan, Chin States, (4°C) below November average temperature in Eastern Shan State, (2°C) to (3°C) below November average temperatures in Sagaing, Mandalay, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Southern Shan, Kayah States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperature were (4°C) in Hakha, (7°C) in Mongyang, (8°C) in each in Kyaukmae and Pyinoolwinand (9°C) each inNamsamand Mogoke.The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (1.26) incheseach in Yangon(Northern Dagon)and Belin, (1.22) inches in Yangon(Botahtaung), (0.39) inch in Hainggyigyun, (0.35) inch in Yangon (Mayangon) and (0.32) inch Yangon(Mingaladon).

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Andaman Sea, South and WestCentral Bay of Bengal and a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SPECIAL FEACTURES: According to the observations at (12:30)hrs MST today, the Tropical Depression over China, nearGaungdong Coast crossedGaungdong Coast. It is forecast continue to moveWest-Southwestwards and gradually weaken.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 4thNovember, 2022:Rain or thundershowers are likely to beisolated in Bago, Yangon, AyeyarwadyRegions and Southern Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar Waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Slight decrease of night temperatures in Shan State.
