SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Kayah, Kayin, Mon States. Rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Bago, Yangon Regions and Eastern Shan State, scattered in Magway, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Chin, Rakhine States, fairly widespread in Mandalay, Taninthayi Regions and Northern Shan State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Mandalay Region and Rakhine State. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (5.71) inches in Kyaukpyu, (2.82) inches in Rambree, (2.34) inches in Singaing, (1.97) inches in Mingin, (1.69) inches in Hakha, (1.30) inches in Pyinoolwin, (1.10) inches in Patheingyi(Shwesaryan) and (1.06) inches in Taungkok. 

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 14th October, 2022: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Taninthayi Region, scattered in Upper Sgaing, Mandalay, Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon  States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar Waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight increase of rain in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayin, Mon States.
