SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Eastern Shan, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (5°C) below February average temperature in Rakhine State, (3°C) to (4°C) below February average temperatures in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and (North and East)Shan, Chin, Kayah States, (2°C) below February average temperatures in Lower Sagaing, Bago Regions and about normal February average temperature in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (-1°C) each in Namsam and Hakha, (2°C) each in Heho and Mongyang, (3°C) each in Kyaukmae, Pyinoolwin and Thandwe and (4°C) each in Lashio, Pinlaung and Mogoke.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and generally fair elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 11th February, 2022: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Chin States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Kayin, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers in Kachin State.
