BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and generally fair elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 20^th February, 2017: Light rain is likely to be isolated in Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (60%).Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Shan , Chin and Kayah States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. 

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State.
