SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been scattered in Upper Sagaing Region and Chin State and isolated in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and Kachin, Northern Shan States. Weather has been partly cloudy inMagway, Taninthayi Regions and Southern Shan, Rakhine States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) below December average temperature in Yangon Region, (2°C) above December average temperatures in Southern Shan, Rakhine, Kayin States, (4°C) above December average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing, MandalayRegions and Northern Shan State, (5°C) to (6°C) above December average temperatures in Lower Sagaing Region and Kachin, Chin States and about December average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (7°C) in Namsam and (8°C) each in Loilin, Hakha and Tongzan. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (1.22) inches in Hakha, (0.35) inch in Falam and (0.24) inch in Varr.

BAY INFERENCE:Weather is partly cloudy over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 11th December, 2021: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and Kachin, Northern Shan, Chin States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy inLower Sagaing, Magway, Taninthayi Regions and (Southern and Eastern) Shan, RakhineStates and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA:Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 -7)feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, ChinStates.
