SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T:During the past (24)hours, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Sagaing Region andKachin, Chin States, scattered in Mandalay Region and Northern Shan State and isolated in Magway Region and Rakhine State. Weather has beenpartly cloudyin Taninthayi Region and (Southern and Eastern)ShanState and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.Night temperatures were(3°C) to (4°C) below December average temperatures in Taninthayi andYangon Regions, (2°C) below December average temperatures in Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayah State, (2°C)aboveDecember average temperatures inNaypyitaw and Southern Shan State, (3°C) to (4°C) above December average temperatures in Sagaing, Mandalay andMagway Regions, (5°C) to (6°C) above December average temperaturesin Kachin, Northern Shan and Chin States and about December average temperaturesin the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatureswere (8°C)each in Namsam, Pinlaung,Loilin andTongzan and (9°C) inMongyang.The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (2.32) inches in Tiddim, (1.30) inches inHakha and (1.10) inches in Falam.

BAY INFERENCE:.Weather is a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 8thDecember, 2021:Rain or thundershowers will bewidespread in Upper SagaingRegionand Kachin, Chin States, scatteredin Lower Sagaing Regionand isolated in Mandalay, Magway Regions and Northern Shan, RakhineStates. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be generally fair in Bago Region and Kayah, Kayin, Mon States and partly cloudyinthe remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA:Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 -7)feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS:Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Shan, Chin, Kayah States.
