BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (17:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Deep Depression over the Northwest and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal has moved North- Northeast wards and weakened into a Depression over Northwest Bay of Bengal(close to Odisha Coast, India). It is centered at about (530) Nautical miles West-Northwest of Coco-Island, (520) Nautical miles West-Northwest of Pathein(Myanmar), (210) Nautical miles North-Northeast of Vishakhapatnam, (80)Nautical miles East-Northeast of Gopalpur, (20) Nautical miles Southeast of Puri and (40)Nautical miles South- Southwest of Paradip (India).Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the North Bay and  a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 6th December, 2021: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Chin State, scattered in Lower Sagaing and Kachin State, isolated in Mandalay, Magway, Taninthayi Regions and Northern Shan, Rakhine States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Yangon Region and (Southern and Eastern)Shan, Kayin, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (30-35)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (7 -9)feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated to scattered rain or thundershowers in Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Kachin, Northern Shan, Chin, Rakhine States.
