BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (05:30)hrs M.S.T today, Deep Depression over the West central Bay of Bengal has moved North-Northeast wards and centered at about (520) Nautical miles West-Northwest of Coco-Island, (560) Nautical miles West-Northwest of Pathein (Myanmar), (100) Nautical miles East-Southeast of Vishakhapatnam, (105)Nautical miles South of Gopalpur, (145)Nautical miles South-Southwest of Puri and (190)Nautical miles South- Southwest of Paradip (India). Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the North Bay and Westcentral Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 5thDecember, 2021: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Chin States, isolated in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Taninthayi Regions and Northern Shan, Rakhine States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Naypyitaw, (Southern and Eastern) Shan, Kayin, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times Deltaic, off and along Rakhine Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (35) m.p.h. Sea will be moderate elsewhere in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (7-9) feet in Deltaic, off and along Rakhine Coast and about (5-7) feet Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers in Sagaing Region and Kachin, Chin, Rakhine States.
