BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (05:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Cyclonic Storm “JAWAD” over the West central Bay of Bengal has moved North-Northwestwards and centered at about (510) Nautical miles West-Northwest of Coco-Island, (550) Nautical miles West of Hainggyigyun (Myanmar), (135) Nautical miles Southeast of Vishakhapatnam, (195)Nautical miles South of Gopalpur, (235)Nautical miles South-Southwest of Puri and (280)Nautical miles South- Southwest of Paradip (India). Weather is cloudy over the North and West central Bay of Bengal and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 4th December, 2021: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Chin, Rakhine States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (35)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (7-9) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Kachin, Chin, Rakhine States.
