SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been fairly widerspread in Taninthayi Region and isolated in Mon State.Weather has been partly cloudy in Sagaing, Magway, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Northern Shan States and generally fair in the remaining Regionsand States.Night temperatures were (2°C) below November average temperature in Kayah State, (2°C) above November average temperatures in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Ayeyarwady Regions and Northern Shan State, (3°C) above November average temperature in Lower Sagaing Region and about November average temperatures in theremaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (6°C) in Hakha and (9°C) each in Namsam,Pinlaung and Loilin.The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (1.06) inches in Myeik, (0.83) inch in Kawthaung and (0.04) inch each in Ye and Dawei.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 23rd November, 2021:Rain or thundershowers are likely to be scattered in Taninthayi Region and isolated in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Shan, Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar water. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Shan, Kayah States.
