SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Taninthayi Region, fairly widespread in Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Eastern Shan, Mon States, scattered in Southern Shan, Kayah, Kayin States and isolated in Naypyitaw, Bago Region and weather has been partly cloudy inthe remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) below November average temperature in Northern Shan State, (2°C) above November average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Eastern Shan, Mon States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (10°C) in Hakha and (12°C) each in Putao, Kyaukmae, Tiddim and Pyinoolwin. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (2.76) inches in Ngathaichaung, (1.93) inches in Dawei, (1.58) inches each in Pathein and Mudon, (1.10) inches in Kyeikkhame and(1.06) inches in Hpa-an (Agro-Met).

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 4th November, 2021: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Naypyitaw, (Southern and Eastern) Shan, Kayah States, scattered in Bago Region and Kayin State and fairly widespread in Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Mon State. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 – 6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of continuation of isolated rain thundershowers in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions.
