BAY INFERENCE According to the observations at (05:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over the North Bay of Bengal now lies over the North Bay of Bengal and adjoining Bangladesh and West Bengal Coasts. Monsoon is strong to vigorous over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 28th July, 2021: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated Lower Sagaing Region, scattered in  Mandalay, Magway Regions, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and (Southern and Eastern) Shan, Kayah States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of regionally heavyfalls in Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States and isolated heavyfalls in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Chin States. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Occasional squalls with rough seas will be experienced off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (40)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (9 -12)feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuations of increase of rain in Rakhine State.
