SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Kayah State. Rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Naypyitaw and Magway Region, scattered in Sagaing, Mandalay, Ayeyarwady Regions and Northern Shan, Chin States, fairly widespread in Bago, Taninthayi Regions and (Southern and Eastern) Shan, Rakhine States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavyfalls in Mon State and isolated heavyfalls in Kachin State. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (4.64) inches in Myitkyina, (3.98) inches in Paung, (3.39) inches in Belin, (2.48) inches in Kyeikkhame, (2.17) inches in Theinzayet, (1.81) inches in Bago, (1.61) inches in Chaungsone, (1.49) inches in Kawkareik, (1.45)inches in Paing Kyone and (1.26) inches in Thandwe.

BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 29thJune, 2021: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Kayah State, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing, Bago, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and(Northern and Eastern)Shan, Chin, Rakhine States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA:Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of increase of rain in Upper Sagaing Region and Kahin, Chin, Rakhine States.
