BAY INFERENCE: Weather is cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 09th May, 2021: Weather will be partly cloudy in Lower Sagaing, Magway Regions and Rakhine State. Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, scattered in Shan, Chin, Kayin and Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS:Continuation of likelihood of rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing Region and Chin State.
