BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay and partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 05thMay, 2021: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Chin States, fairly widespread in (Northern and Eastern) Shan State, scattered in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Taninthayi Regions and Southern Shan, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States and isolated in Magway Region and Rakhine State. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight increase of day temperatures in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions.
