SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been scattered in Southern Shan State and isolated in Kachin, Eastern Shan, Kayah States. Weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Magway, Bago Regions and Mon State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (5°C) above March average temperature in Kachin State, (3°C) to (4°C)above March average temperatures in Sagaing Region and Northern Shan, ChinStates, (2°C) above March average temperatures in Naypyitaw,  Mandalay, Magway, Bago Regions and MonState and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (43°C) in Chauk, (41°C) each in Shwebo, Monywa, Mandalay, Aunglan, Gangaw and Theinzayet. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (0.31)inch in Taunggyi, (0.12)inch in Minesat and (0.04)inch in Loikaw.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is cloudy over the Southwest Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 26th March, 2021: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Taninthayi Region and Kachin, Southern Shan, Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is (60%).  Weather will be partly cloudy in the Remaining regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers in Taninthayi Region and Kayin, Mon States.
