SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, BagoRegion and Southern Shan, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C)above March average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, (Southern and Eastern)Shan, Kayah, Mon States and (2°C) above March average temperatures in Upper Sagaing, Magway, Bago, Yangon Regions and Northern Shan, Kayin States and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (43°C) in Chauk,(42°C) each in Yamethin and Taunggu and (41°C) each in Meiktila, Hlaingtat, Naypyitaw(Zayyarthiri), Pyinmana, Aunglan and Myawaddy.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 23rdMarch, 2021: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be scattered in TaninthayiRegion and isolated in Upper Sagaing, Bago Regions and Kachin, (Northern and Southern)Shan, Chin, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Yangon Regions and Southern Shan, Rakhine States and generally fair in Naypyitaw, Magway and Ayeyarwady Regions.

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
