SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Taninthayi Region and Kachin, Shan, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) below February average temperature in Yangon Region and (2°C) below February average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Magway, Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Southern Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah and Mon States and about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (1°C) each in Heho and Hakha, (3°C) in Loilin, (4°C) each in Namsam, Ramthlo and Pyinoolwin, (5°C) each in Kyaukmae and Pinlaung and (6°C) each in Lashio, Mongyang, Mindat and Mogoke.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Bay and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 11th February, 2021: Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Shan, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Generally fair in the whole country.
