SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Yangon, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin State and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) below December average temperatures in Eastern Shan, Chin States and (2°C) above December average temperature in Yangon Region and (3°C) to (4°C) above December average temperatures in Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayin, Mon States and about December average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (-2°C) in Hakha, (2°C) each in Namsam and Loilin, (3°C) each in Heho and Mongyang and (4°C) each in Pinlaung and Mindat.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 29^th December, 2020: Weather will be partly cloudy in Taninthayi Region and Kachin, Kayin, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT: Generally fair in the whole country.
